Naveen was born in Kolkata, India and he did his schooling from St. Paul's Boarding & Day School in Kolkata and completed his Class X school leaving board exams from there.
His Higher Secondary or Class XII education was done from St. Xaviers College in Kolkata.
Naveen went on to complete his Graduation in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Calcutta University, through Bhowanipore College in Kolkata.
Naveen completed a Two Year Masters Diploma in Computer Science from Datapro, Kolkata.
He has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from AIES (All India Education Society), Kolkata.
This was followed with IT Specialization as he undertook a specialized course on Oracle 8i for Developers from SQL Star International, Kolkata.
Naveen did his MBA with specialization in Risk & Insurance Management from Kaizen School of Business Management.
Other than the above, Naveen has undergone various management courses & training interventions, amongst which an external training program based on ‘Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’ conducted by Stephen R. Covey Foundation was a prestigious training course.
Naveen is fluent in speaking, reading & writing in English, Hindi and Bengali.
Naveen has been an active member of the prestigious Royal Calcutta Golf Club in Kolkata since 1990.
