Throughout his professional life, Naveen has been associated with various financial services organizations which has given him a pragmatic insight about financial products, services & distribution.

Naveen is at present based in Dubai as a Senior Consultant working on Financial Services Projects.

In his previous assignment in Kenya, he was associated with Jubilee Insurance as Head of Bancassurance - Life and Pensions Business in Nairobi, Kenya since February 2018. 

Prior to joining Jubilee Insurance in Kenya, Naveen officiated as the CEO for Sensei Management & Research Institute for Projects on Financial Services in Kenya & India from January 2016 to January 2018.

Earlier Naveen had held the position of COO - Chief Operating Officer for Tunakopesha Limited in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Naveen worked in the capacity of General Manager – Operations, Insurance & NPS at Bandhan Bank (BFS) in India. 

He worked with Tata AIA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. between the period of August 2007 till May 2013 and was Heading the Zone Operations Functions for East Zone. 

Naveen was the Head of Operations as Regional Service Manager for Metlife India Insurance company between the period of December 2006 to August 2007.

Prior to that he was working with Tata AIG Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as Head of Customer Services between November 2005 till December 2006.

During his earlier Banking days, Naveen was associated with ICICI Bank Limited between the period September 2002 to October 2005.

Before joining ICICI Bank, Naveen was working for HDFC Bank Limited in Retail Banking between September 2000 to September 2002.

Naveen has a short stint with American Express Tata Finance in their maiden Forex venture between March 2000 to September 2000.

Naveen's first exposure to the work culture and work environment of a Multinational company was when he had worked for Thomas Cook India Limited between the period of June 1996 to February 2000.

Naveen started his career in 1995 when he had joined Utopia Flexipack Ltd. which was a Girish Khaitan company. Naveen had worked with Utopia between June 1995 to May 1996.
